1. Inner Feelings Care System
Most people do not know how to feel their feelings, love them, tend to them and have them be present, especially when it comes to multiple feelings. People try to deny, avoid, repress and hide feelings. Feelings just want love and attention and nothing more but people fear that they need everything. Feelings needs to expressed not repressed. Inner feeling care system is a system where people learn to express, care, tend and feel their feelings. It is a five minute process where a person expresses their feelings on a paper and after that a person will feel relief. One can also reframe his or her feelings as well. There is also a five second process whereby if a person is feeling anxious, he or she says the name anxiety out loud, looks at both sides and acknowledges the feeling of anxiety. The shoulders will soften and anxiety will change shape. Feelings get louder and louder if they are not listened to.
2. Inner Critic Care and Transformation System
Inner critic is inside of everyone and they are not bad. They started with early conditioning and they have grown out of proportion to who a person is and to what he needs. Critics have to work but they don’t care what they work on so it is therefore important to redirect them. Not having a care system for your critic is like leaving toddlers in the kitchen with knives. The most common critics are the perfectionists, procrastinators, pushers, comparers and the hopeless one. As soon as a person is aware of a critic, he or she should it write it down and then write a countering statement starting with the word actually. The idea is to take back power and be in control.
3. Micro Movement Miracle Method
This is a system where a person breaks challenges into small micro challenges. This is for people who procrastinate a lot and lose concentration fast. 60% of the time if a person gets going they will keep going. A good example is when a person doesn’t want to clean the closet but after a while he or she decides to clean the whole closet. Something he or she did not intend to do originally. With the micro movement system the brain does not know whether a person has done five minutes or five hours it just knows that something is underway.
