The Work Beneath The Work
I help visionary women come fully alive in who they're designed to be and bring that truth into how they live, love, lead, and prosper.
My work has always centered on transformation. What's changed is my understanding of what makes transformation last.
For years, I helped women find their voices, expand their visibility, step into leadership, and create extraordinary results. I knew what it took to move through uncertainty, take responsibility, and be seen.
I also knew what it felt like to build a life around identities that once fit, only to discover they no longer did.
Eventually, I came to understand something that changed everything:
What we create in the world can only be as fulfilling as our capacity to experience it.
And sometimes, the most extraordinary expansion begins beneath everything we've already accomplished.
A Life Built on Voice, Connection, and Possibility
Long before I began guiding women through deeply personal transformation, my world was shaped by live television. I studied broadcast journalism at UCLA and went on to build a career in high-pressure environments where clarity, trust, intuition, and presence mattered in real time.
Across platforms including QVC and HSN, I generated more than $222 million in live television sales. I also hosted my own segment on Extra for many years. That era taught me how to connect with people at scale, lead through complexity, and deliver when the stakes were high.
But I learned something else, too. I knew how to perform, achieve, and create results. What I hadn't fully learned was how to let my inner truth, rather than the next outcome, guide my life.
That distinction would become the beginning of an entirely different kind of success.
The Journey
The thread running through my life has always been human connection. In 2003, I became a bestselling author with The Voice of Gratitude: Celebrating the Gift of Friendship. Looking back, I can see how early that devotion to voice, gratitude, and meaningful relationships began expressing itself.
My career eventually led me from television into entrepreneurship, consulting, and transformational leadership. I built a multiple seven-figure transformation business, created Live Video Mastery, and helped founders and leaders expand their visibility, influence, and businesses. My clients have collectively generated more than $20 million in revenue through our work together.
I became the host of Fire & Soul, a globally ranked top 1% podcast devoted to conversations that matter. I co-founded a bespoke podcast company featured in Rolling Stone, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company, and was invited to join the Transformation Leadership Council.
My professional training and experience also include certification as a Canfield Success Principles Trainer and Reiki Master, training in somatic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approaches, and 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
SUCCESS magazine later featured my story in a six-page profile titled “An Authentic Awakening.”
Each experience expanded my understanding of what people are capable of creating. And yet, something deeper was asking for my attention. I had spent years helping people step into greater possibility in the external world. I was about to discover what it meant to become truly available for that possibility within myself.
The Awakening
In 2021, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening. It changed how I understood myself, my relationships, my work, and the life I had created. Identities I'd lived inside for years began to fall away, and beliefs I had organized my life around no longer felt true.
What opened was a depth of inner knowing I had never experienced before. What I didn't yet have was the capacity to fully live from it.
In the middle of that experience, I had four words tattooed on my body: Remember who you are.
Not as a destination, but as an anchor.
I began to understand that transformation isn't simply about recognizing a new truth. It's about developing the capacity to stay present with that truth as it changes the way you live. To make different choices, release what no longer fits, receive what once felt beyond reach, and allow your outer life to become an expression of who you actually are.
Awakening showed me what was possible. Embodiment changed my life.
A Deeper Understanding of Who We're Designed to Be
In 2023, another significant turning point in my journey came through the Gene Keys.
They gave me a language for understanding the patterns, natural Gifts, and deeper intelligence woven through my life. What I had spent years trying to push through, overcome, or perfect began to reveal an entirely different purpose. I discovered that the very patterns we struggle against can become doorways into our greatest Gifts.
The Gene Keys also deepened my relationship with the Divine intelligence moving through all life. This wasn't simply another framework to study. It became a way of seeing, living, and relating to myself with greater compassion, clarity, and trust.
I've been an intuitive activator since childhood.
Long before I had language for this work, I could sense what was happening beneath the surface. I noticed what wasn't being said. I could recognize patterns, feel where something was out of alignment, and ask the question that opened an entirely new perspective.
Those same Gifts are central to how I work. I listen closely, notice what emerges, reflect what I see, and create the kind of space where a woman can hear herself more clearly.
Sometimes that means recognizing a Gift she's been overlooking or seeing a familiar pattern in an entirely new light. Other times, it means staying with her through the uncertainty of becoming someone she hasn't yet allowed herself to be.
I don't believe the deepest work is about making you into someone else.
It's about helping you come fully alive in who you've always been designed to be.
The Sacredness of Being Truly Held
Since 2022, I've devoted much of my work to retreats and private immersions. I've witnessed what becomes possible when a woman steps away from everyday life and enters an environment where she can be deeply present with herself.
Not rushed, managed, or asked to perform. Simply met with the presence, discernment, and care that meaningful transformation deserves.
That devotion became the foundation of Sacred Space Stewardship, the certification program I founded to raise the standard of in-person group experiences worldwide. Through this work, I train women to create and lead retreats rooted in capacity, belonging, and trust.
It also informs my private mentorship. The space we create together matters, as does what happens between our conversations, when insight becomes a new choice, a new way of relating, or a greater capacity for life.
I haven't stepped away from transformational leadership. I've stepped more fully into the work beneath it.
What Becomes Possible Together
Every woman arrives with her own life, history, natural Gifts, and sense of what may be calling her forward. There is no prescribed destination.
For one woman, the work may open a new expression of her Gifts, leadership, or purpose. For another, it may transform how she experiences the relationships, prosperity, and opportunities already present in her life. Sometimes, it means having the courage to make a choice that changes everything.
What matters isn't following someone else's definition of success. It's recognizing what's true for you, trusting it, and allowing your life to become a fuller expression of it.
Because the work is deeply personal, and so is the life you're here to live.
Come Fully Alive.
This is the heart of my work: helping women recognize their natural Gifts, trust their own knowing, and develop the capacity to live what they discover.
My own life has become a reflection of that devotion. I work less and earn more. My relationships are deeper and more honest. There's greater joy, purpose, intimacy, and spaciousness in the life I've created. And perhaps most importantly, I have the capacity to experience it.
Because prosperity means something different when you can truly receive it. Love feels different when you can be fully present for it. And freedom becomes something entirely new when you're no longer organizing your life around who you believe you have to be.
If you feel called to explore what that might look like in your own life, I invite you to discover Private Mentorship.
