The women who find me aren't starting from zero. They're already accomplished and on the path of becoming more honest with themselves and their lives. Something in them knows there's more. More truth. More alignment. More of themselves available than the version they've been surviving as.
My part is to help a woman reconnect to what's real underneath the conditioning, the over-functioning, the performing, and the pressure to carry everything alone. How that unfolds is different for every woman.
I activate women into their highest calling and their most authentic truth.
That's the essence of what I do. Not strategy. Not performance. Activation. The work of returning a woman to the version of herself she already is underneath the override.

What Grounds My Work
Awakening is one thing. Capacity is another.
I've worked with thousands of women across leadership, entrepreneurship, and high-visibility spaces. I've sold over $222 million in live television sales. Built and led a multiple seven-figure transformation company. My clients have collectively generated over $20 million in revenue.
I know exactly where the nervous system breaks when women lead under pressure.
And it's not where most people think.
It breaks when insight arrives before capacity. When awakening reveals what's been carried and unresolved. When truth asks for expression but the nervous system can't yet hold the tension.
In 2021, I moved through a spiritual awakening that dissolved the identities I'd lived inside for years. What opened was inner truth. What I didn't yet have was the capacity to hold it.
That gap taught me everything I now know about this work.
I call this Practical Mysticism. Not a philosophy. A practice. The integration of spiritual insight with lived embodiment, so that awakening doesn't stay in the room where it happened. It moves into your nervous system, your voice, your relationships, your work. When the mystical becomes personal, it stops being abstract. It becomes useful. It becomes you.
I don't steer, direct, or prescribe. I listen precisely, reflect what's true, and help you stay with what's real under pressure. It moves from the heart. It always has.
