What Grounds My Work
Awakening is one thing. Capacity is another.
I've worked with thousands of women across leadership, entrepreneurship, and high-visibility spaces, and built a multiple seven-figure transformation company along the way. I know exactly where the nervous system breaks when women lead under pressure, and it's not where most people think. It breaks when insight arrives before capacity, when truth asks for expression but the nervous system can't yet hold the tension.
I call this Practical Mysticism. Not a philosophy. A practice. I use the Gene Keys to map your design, from Shadow to Gift, and somatic work to move that map through the body, so awakening doesn't stay in the room where it happened. It moves into your nervous system, your voice, your relationships, your work.
I hold the structure and the safety in the room. You do the finding. I listen precisely, reflect what's true, and help you stay with what's real under pressure.
