How do you communicate with others? How does that compare to the way you talk to yourself?

There’s a unique power in words and what you say to yourself affects your entire life. It’s easy to fall into a pattern of negative self-talk, but that doesn’t mean we have to stay in that disempowered mindset. That’s why I’m fired up for today’s guest, Liz Hernandez. She unpacks the reasons why she’s on a mission to help educate and inspire others to shift their language to positivity and self-love.

Liz is a Mexican-American, Emmy-nominated television personality and journalist. She’s quick-witted, with a genuinely beautiful spirit, and exudes authenticity in all she creates. She was incredibly successful in her entertainment news career, but over time, realized that her work was no longer in alignment with her mission and decided to answered the calling of her soul.

During the same period of time, Liz’s Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and began losing her ability to speak. It was then that Liz realized the true power of words. This epiphany sparked her inspiration for Wordaful. Wordaful is derived from the phrase, “Words are powerful,” and serves as a new way to tell stories, make powerful connections to words, and manifest dreams to realities. Liz is a special force for good and I’m absolutely honored to have her on the show.
