SEDONA RISING

The land is calling. Can you feel it?

April 16–20, 2026 ✨ Sedona, Arizona

Welcome to Sedona Rising.

There’s a longing in you to return to the land, to the divine intelligence moving through all things, and to the sacred reciprocity that is your birthright.

Under the New Moon, twelve women gather on a private red rock sanctuary in Sedona.

We slow down. We listen. We attune.

Through guided land immersion, voice liberation, Reiki, and ritual, something steady begins to rise.

Not because it was missing. Because it was ready.

Few spots remain.

Where Women Remember Their Voice & Inner Authority

Here, expression becomes integration.

There is a place inside you where your voice has always been. Full. Radiant. Waiting to be embodied.

Our days move between time on the land, reflection circles, fire ceremony, Reiki, somatic voice liberation, and spacious rest.

We walk at a gentle pace. We sit on warm stone at sunrise. We gather beneath wide desert skies. We make offerings in reciprocity.

Something responds through presence.

Women leave knowing how to walk with life differently.

And yes, there’s magic.

In circle.

At the fire.

Beneath desert stars.

In the moment your voice rises steady and true and you recognize yourself.

The kind that happens when women feel safe enough to soften.

When nervous systems settle.

When the land is honored, not consumed.

Where We’ll Be Staying

A private estate with sweeping views of Sedona’s red rocks, including Coffee Pot Rock.

Spacious and intentionally chosen for both comfort and containment. A place where you can rest deeply, connect easily, and allow the days to unfold without pressure or performance.

A Look Inside Our Most Recent Retreat

These photos are from Ojai in November 2025.

What we planned shifted when a storm came through. We stayed inside more, gathered closer, laughed, sang, rested, & let the days take their own shape.

This is the nature of this work. Real women, real moments, meeting what arrives together.

Reflections From Women

These are their words, shared honestly from their own experience.

  • "This retreat was in the top few highlighted experiences of my entire life. I don’t say that lightly. Life altering. Soul connecting. Self emerging. My life is forever changed."

    Amber C.

  • "Exactly what I needed. I softened, released control, and found myself savoring the simplest moments — rain, song, silence. They created a safe, caring container where sisterhood felt effortless. It was a beautiful pause that helped me quiet the noise and go within."

    Ashley S.

  • "Life altering. I felt seen, supported, and finally able to release what I’d held my whole life. I left connected to myself, open-hearted, and more like my true self than ever. The women felt like soul sisters… and the food was exquisite."

    Cindi T.

  • "Thank you for creating an unforgettable retreat. I am transformed by the connections made and I will never be the same."

    Kim A.

  • "Life changing. I left with clarity, gratitude, inspiration, and connections that nourished me beyond words. I’ve felt more at peace since the retreat than I ever have in my life."

    Viviana R.

  • “The BEST weekend with the most incredible women. So grateful to be a part of this retreat. I can’t wait for the next one!”

    Darla G.

What to Expect (Adventure Level)

Sedona Rising is a mild, land-based experience.

We spend time outdoors each day at a slow, conversational pace, visiting sacred sites and walking short, well-worn trails. Some paths include light inclines or uneven ground, and we take breaks as needed.

Much of our time is spent sitting, resting, moving gently, and being with the land.

The pace is intentionally slow and supportive. Presence matters more than distance.

If you can walk a mile or two comfortably and enjoy being outside at an easy pace, you’ll be able to participate fully.

Safety, comfort, and nervous system care come first.

The Arc of Our Days

Our time together flows from Thursday, April 16 at 5 PM through Monday, April 20 at 10 AM.

Each day builds gently on the one before it.

We arrive.
We attune.
We embody.
We integrate.
We close in clarity.

All meals, lodging, and guided experiences are included.

  • Welcome Ritual — Arrive. Settle. Exhale. We begin gently, allowing your body to land before anything is asked of it. A simple orientation to the space, to one another, and to the land that will hold us.

Organic Farm-to-Table Welcome Dinner We gather around a nourishing meal prepared with care and local abundance. Conversation flows naturally. Nothing to perform. Nothing to prove.

Intention-Setting Ceremony As evening settles, we open our first circle. You'll name what's present for you and what you're ready to shift. This is a soft but powerful threshold — the moment the retreat begins to take shape.

The focus of this evening is grounding and arrival.

  • Red Dawn Red Rock Attunement We rise early and journey to the land at sunrise. Sitting on warm stone, we begin with guided presence practice — listening, sensing, attuning. This is about relationship, not performance.

Guided Sacred Site Immersion We spend extended time on the land at one of Sedona's red rock sites, moving at a slow, conversational pace. You'll be guided into embodied awareness practices that deepen your connection to the land and strengthen your inner signal.

Reciprocity Walk & Land Blessing We move intentionally through the terrain, offering gratitude and acknowledgment. We shift from consumer to steward — participating in relationship rather than simply observing.

Somatic Voice Liberation Back at the estate, we explore voice through the body. Not about singing beautifully. About releasing what has been held too carefully and allowing expression to move more freely.

New Moon Fire Ceremony As night falls, we gather beneath the desert sky on the true New Moon. This is the threshold moment of the retreat — a time to release what no longer serves and plant what is ready to take root. Fire becomes witness as intention meets clarity.

Friday is about attunement and initiation.

  • Morning Integration Practice A slower morning to allow what opened on Friday to settle. Guided embodiment practices help you anchor clarity in the body rather than the mind.

Reiki & Energy Integration You'll receive guided Reiki support within a steady and respectful space. The intention is calm integration — allowing your system to process without force.

Embodied Leadership Mini Transmission A focused teaching and experiential practice on inner authority, self-trust, and leading from regulation rather than reactivity. This is where the retreat connects directly to your real life.

Red Rock Anointing Ritual Using a custom anointing oil prepared for the retreat, we seal what is stabilizing within you. This marks embodiment — not becoming someone new, but standing more fully as yourself.

Evening Reflection Circle A grounded sharing space to integrate insight without over-processing.

Saturday is about embodiment. What began on the land stabilizes within you.

  • Morning Sacred Site Immersion We return to the land for a second extended excursion, this time with less guidance and more personal sovereignty. You'll move in quiet awareness, noticing what feels different now.

Tea Ceremony A slow gathering honoring simplicity, presence, and completion.

Integration Circle Clear reflection on what you're carrying forward — not as inspiration, but as embodied practice.

Night Under the Stars After dinner, we gather beneath wide desert skies. Stillness. Spaciousness. A final settling before departure.

Closing Fire & Gratitude Ritual We complete the container cleanly, honoring one another and the land before we leave.

Sunday is about coherence. Everything settles.

  • Farewell and Blessings Breakfast is available for those who rise later. Guests depart at their own pace, some before sunrise, others by 10 a.m.

Our closing ceremony takes place Sunday evening under the stars, so Monday is intentionally unstructured — allowing you to leave quietly, grounded, and complete.

Plus, you get personal access to Michelle’s spirit pup Samson on retreat. 🐾

If You Feel the Call

This retreat is intimate by design.

Twelve women. One shared threshold.

Sedona Rising is an invitation to return to right relationship with yourself, with the land, and the deeper intelligence already moving through you.

We sing to the land. We listen to it. And we move in sacred reciprocity with it.

Under the New Moon, when beginnings are alive and the field is open, time on the land becomes a conversation. Intentions clarify. Higher purpose remembers itself. What’s been rising begins to speak.

You don’t need to have the words for why you’re called. You only need to trust that something in you already knows.

If you’re ready to come back to yourself through the land, you’re welcome here.

Step into the land. Step into yourself.
