My Path To This Work
For over eight years, I built a multi–seven-figure coaching business helping thousands of women clarify their voice and bring meaningful work into the world. The success was real. The pace was also real, and my body absorbed the cost long before my mind could admit it.
The Gene Keys found me during a season of surrender. I was on my knees at my altar asking for help. I had done the inner work. I had led others through transformation. My mind kept looping the same insights, and nothing was landing. I knew I needed to move from understanding into something lived.
I was asking to land in my heart. I didn’t yet understand body based language. I only knew effort was no longer the answer.
The Gene Keys arrived as a response. My system slowed. My internal world steadied. Action stopped requiring force. Capacity expanded without strain. Life began meeting me where I was instead of pushing back.
As the Gifts opened, life reorganized itself. I work less. I earn more. Relationships clarified. Collaborations formed cleanly. Synchronicity stopped feeling surprising and became consistent.
This wasn’t optimization. It was alignment.
When I encountered my Life’s Work Gift, Synergy, there was recognition rather than revelation. It named what had already been happening. People gathering naturally. Wisdom moving collectively. Results emerging without management or pressure.
This clarified my design.
Somatic training followed because this work had to live in the nervous system to be reliable. Integration changed everything. Decisions became cleaner. Leadership carried weight without exhaustion. And momentum became sustainable.
Synergy is a living space where effort drops away and life moves through you.

Synergy meets live on Mondays at 4pm Pacific on Zoom.
We follow a three-weeks-on, one-week-off rhythm to support real integration and nervous system sustainability. We honor holidays and the needs of the group. If anything shifts, you’ll always have clarity and advance notice.

Whether this is your first exposure to the Gene Keys or a long-standing relationship with them, the work is embodied, experiential, and accessible. Curiosity and sincerity are enough.

No. Synergy isn’t a belief system, religion, or doctrine.
The Gene Keys work alongside many faith traditions because they don’t ask you to replace what you believe. The work invites reflection, self-awareness, and embodied listening so you can relate more honestly to your inner life, your values, and what you hold sacred.
Some women experience this as a deepening relationship with God. Others experience it as a more grounded connection to life, truth, or inner wisdom.
You’re never asked to adopt language, theology, or spiritual views that don’t feel authentic to you.
Your faith is respected here. Your sovereignty is central. This work is about integration, not conversion.
