On this pod, I talk with Steve Lawrence, founder and managing director of Headfirst Group Limited. Over the course of his four decade career, he’s worked in over 100 cities and 40 countries worldwide as a senior executive in Learning and Development for Cathay Pacific.

His extensive experience and deep passion led him to make a bold move a coupe years ago when decided to start his own company to further his reach. Steve is on a mission to transform the ways that leaders and teams connect, collaborate, and create together. His work involves coaching: executive coaching, team coaching, and coaching large organizations to help teams continuously improve. And, she’s making bank doing it!
