My Path to This Work
For eight years, I built a multi-seven figure coaching business helping thousands launch their voice and vision. The drive and vision created success, but often at the cost of our bodies and nervous systems. It wasn't wrong. It just wasn't the whole story.
That shift led me to the Gene Keys, revealing I was never meant to build alone and through force, but through synergy and communion. When paired with spiritual devotion and somatic practice, everything changed. I slowed down, listened to my body, and learned to meet my shadows with compassion instead of shame.
This path led me to train as both a trauma-informed and attachment-informed practitioner so I could hold the same depth of space for others.

How is Synergy different from Soul Work Foundation? Foundation is a 21-day intensive focused on your Life's Work Gene Key with introduction to the trifecta of Gene Keys, somatics, and spiritual practice. Synergy is an ongoing monthly journey through your entire HoloGenetic Profile, with live sessions, integration weeks, a monthly comprehensive guidebook, and quarterly guest teachers. You can join Synergy whether you've done Foundation or not.
Do I need Gene Keys experience? No prior experience required. Whether you're new or familiar, the practices meet you exactly where you are. All you need is curiosity and willingness to explore your inner landscape.
What's the time commitment? We meet the first three Mondays of every month at 4pm PST / 7pm EST for 90 minutes, with the fourth week for integration. Starting Monday, September 8th (due to Labor Day). All calls are recorded and sent out within 24 hours, plus you get private WhatsApp community access.
What if I can't attend live? Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll still feel connected to the community field through shared practices and our private online space.
