Michelle Sorro | The Truth about Life and Business Growth

How often do we justify the hustle, even when it pushes us to a breaking point? We keep going despite noticing the little places where we catch ourselves side-stepping our core values, all because “we have to get it done.” Particularly for business owners and entrepreneurs, and anyone whose heart and soul are wrapped into the DNA of their business, this probably resonates.

On today’s episode of the Fire+Soul podcast, I share the flip side of that with you. Several weeks ago, I was entrenched in the third launch in a very short period of time for my Podcast Accelerator program. It was a whirlwind of excitement, overwhelm, stress and massive growth that impacted every level of my life and business.

Once we sold the program out and wrapped the launch up, there was nothing left to do but what I needed most. Time out. I unplugged for several weeks and enjoyed a ton of time in nature to reclaim my mind+body+soul alignment...

The *truth* is that if you’re not giving yourself that daily dose of whatever it is that you need to maintain your vibrant state, then it’ll catch up to you. Some of us crawl back to the comfort of our vices and some of us curl up on the couch and binge Netflix. But we all know that these experiences, as much as they have the capacity to shake our foundations, are infinitely valuable. What matters is that we come out stronger and ultimately wiser than we were before.

Here’s to learning the lessons and returning to your vibrant self.
