My work has always centered around transformation. What’s changed is the depth at which I now understand it.

For nearly a decade, I worked with women in expression and leadership at scale, helping them step into visibility, responsibility, and authority in real time.

I was working in expansion. In voice. In what it takes to be seen and received.

At the same time, I was living inside identities that once fit and slowly stopped fitting.

Letting them go wasn't about leaving the work. It was about becoming more precise inside it.

Precision required truth, not performance.

For a long time, I was still learning the difference.

The Work Beneath The Work

Before entering the transformational coaching space, my world was shaped by live television and live commerce.

I studied broadcast journalism at UCLA and spent years inside high-pressure, real-time environments where clarity and trust were non-negotiable. I sold over $222 million in live television sales, worked with national platforms like HSN and QVC, and hosted my own segment on Extra.

Those environments taught me how to lead in complexity. They also showed me how much pressure a nervous system can hold before something's gotta give.

At the time, my clarity was largely external. I knew how to perform and deliver results. What I hadn't yet learned was how to let inner truth, rather than outcome, organize my life.

That distinction would later matter more than anything.

The Journey

Television retail led me into direct sales and entrepreneurial consulting, supporting founders and leaders who weren't just asking how to grow, but how to stay aligned while doing it.

During that time I built a multiple seven-figure transformation company and created Live Video Mastery. I host Fire & Soul, a globally ranked top 1% podcast devoted to conversations that matter, and co-founded a bespoke podcast company featured in Rolling Stone, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company. I was also invited to join the Transformation Leadership Council. My clients have collectively generated over $20 million in revenue through the work we've done together.

From the outside, the work was successful. I was about to find out what it actually takes to hold that from the inside.

In 2021, I moved through a profound spiritual awakening that dissolved identities I had lived inside for years.

What opened was a level of inner truth I had never experienced before.

What I didn't yet have was the capacity to hold it.

In the middle of that unraveling, I had four words tattooed on my body:

Remember who you are.

Not as an aspiration. As an anchor.

Capacity, I learned, isn't willpower or drive.

It's the ability to stay present when truth begins to disrupt the life you've built.

The Awakening

The deeper turning point came through the Gene Keys, which revealed the divine design and inner architecture of my life and work.

I'm a Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer, and my certifications in somatic, trauma-informed, attachment-based practice, Reiki I & II, and 500-hour yoga teacher training gave that knowing a body.

More than a system, the Gene Keys brought me into lived relationship with the Divine intelligence moving through all things. God. Source. Great Spirit.

What followed was profound humility.

The patterns I had spent years pushing, performing, and proving were not obstacles to my purpose. They were part of the intelligence guiding me toward it.

Success Magazine later put words to it too, featuring my story in a six-page feature called "An Authentic Awakening."

And it also clarified something much older.

I've been an activator since childhood.

Not because I do something to people. Because I can feel what's already alive in them, and I know how to be with it until it moves.

You're already in motion. Already true. Already carrying what wants to emerge through you.

My role is to stay with you in that. To go toward the patterns, protections, and performances your nervous system learned in order to survive.

To remain present, in your body and in our conversation, until something softens into real power.

It's the devotional work of being met honestly, safely, and fully enough that what's already alive in you can finally come forward, with the capacity to hold what living it asks of you.

Since 2022, I’ve been holding retreats and immersions where women step out of noise and into the presence real transformation requires.

That devotion became the foundation for Sacred Space Stewardship, the certification program I founded to raise the standard of in-person group experience worldwide, training women to design, fill, and lead retreats that hold a true felt sense of safety, belonging, and trust.

I haven't stepped away from transformation work. I've stepped deeper into it.

This is the ground I trust most.

The work I offer now is devoted to helping women build the capacity to hold what their truth asks of them.

My own life reflects this shift. My work has crystallized. I work less. I earn more. I'm in relationships that actually hold. I've come fully alive, living my higher purpose.

The difference isn't effort. It's capacity.

When you move according to your design and natural pacing, synchronicity replaces strain. Grace arranges what strategy never could.

But living from that truth requires capacity.

This is where the work begins. This capacity-first approach lives at the center of Synergy, where women build the foundation to hold their emerging truth.
