My Path to This Work
For over eight years, I built a multi–seven-figure coaching business helping thousands launch their voice and vision. The drive created success, and over time I could feel where that way of working came at a cost to presence, nervous system regulation, and the body’s wisdom. Nothing was wrong. It simply wasn’t the whole story.
That realization led me into a deeper relationship with the Gene Keys. When paired with somatic integration, everything changed. I slowed down. I listened. I began meeting my shadows with compassion instead of control, and my body became my guide instead of something to override.
And then I discovered my Life’s Work Gift: Synergy.
Suddenly, everything made sense. My design is about bringing people together and weaving individual wisdom into collective transformation. It’s about holding spaces where strategy meets soul, structure meets surrender, and we remember we don’t do this work alone.
This isn’t something I created. It’s who I am.
This realization led me to train as a somatics, attachment, and trauma-informed practitioner so I could hold this depth for others and guide them in their own unfolding, together.
What unfolded was more ease, more creativity, more aligned collaboration, and a steadier flow of abundance. I work less. I earn more. Because when we root in our sacred design instead of forcing outcomes, life moves through us with grace.
Synergy isn’t a quick fix. It’s the place where protective patterning dissolves, and as a result, everything else in life and work begins to function more cleanly and sustainably.
This is soul-led leadership.

What You're Wondering
When do you meet live?
Synergy meets live on Mondays at 4pm Pacific on Zoom.
We typically follow a three weeks on, one week off rhythm to support real integration. We honor holidays and the needs of the group. If anything shifts, you’ll always have clarity and advance notice.
Do I need prior Gene Keys experience?
No. Synergy is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether this is your first exposure to the Gene Keys or a long standing relationship with them. The work is embodied, experiential, and accessible. Curiosity and sincerity are enough.
Do I need to take Soul Work Foundation before joining Synergy?
No. And you receive it anyway.
Soul Work Foundation is a three week immersion into the Gene Keys and somatic intelligence, focused on Life’s Work as the foundation for everything that follows.
I chose to include it as a preparation bonus inside Synergy because this work matters deeply to me. I want you resourced, oriented, and able to enter without feeling behind.
You are not required to complete it first. It’s there to support you, not gatekeep you.
How can I join a group that is already underway?
You start right where you are.
When you join Synergy, you receive full access to the complete teaching archive, including 12 recorded live sessions, contemplations, and integrations, plus Soul Work Foundation and three private preparatory podcast episodes.
Altogether, this living library represents over $1,500 in value and is included so you can enter grounded and prepared.
Each month, we devote a full week to the Gene Key most alive in the group so you are always held in the current exploration, with the freedom to deepen into past teachings at your own pace.

What if I cannot attend live?
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. Many members participate asynchronously and still feel deeply connected through the shared practices, reflections, and our private WhatsApp space.
